Ms. Cheuk Ki (Angel) Chan possesses extensive teaching experience across universities, international schools, local schools, and special education centres. She is a founding member of the “School Special Interest Group Guidelines: Life Skills and Professional Development” under the Centre for Advancement in Inclusive and Special Education (CAISE) at the Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Ms. Chan is frequently invited to speak and share her expertise at seminars hosted by universities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and schools.
Dr. Zhang Xinping is currently a Second-tier Professor at Nanjing Normal University, serves as the Director of the Academic Committee of the School of Education Science, and is the Director of the Institute of Educational Leadership and Management. He is also the co-editor-in-chief of “Educational Management”, a key textbook in the first batch of the Marxist Theoretical Research and Construction Project for the New Era.
Additionally, he concurrently serves as the President of the Modern Educational Management Professional Committee of the China Association for Educational Development Strategy, and sits on the editorial boards of academic journals such as School Management, Primary and Secondary School Management, and Teaching and Management. His primary research areas focus on educational leadership and management, as well as the reform and development of basic education. He has published nearly 300 academic papers and over 10 books, including On Educational Organizational Paradigms. He has also served as the primary translator or co-translator for four English academic works, including Ethical Educational Leadership in Turbulent Times: Resolving Ethical Dilemmas.
Currently, he leads an ongoing major research project under the Ministry of Education’s Philosophy and Social Sciences Research program. He has also successfully completed one key project and two general projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China. His academic accolades include winning the First Prize twice, Second Prize twice, and Third Prize three times for the Jiangsu Province Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award. Furthermore, he has won the National Educational Science Outstanding Achievement Third Prize twice, the Jiangsu Province Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education Category) Second Prize once, the National Teaching Achievement Award (Graduate Education Category) Second Prize once, and the Special Prize for the National Professional Education Degree Teaching Achievement Award.

Mr. Ricky Wong, MH, graduated from the University of Wisconsin in the United States in 1989 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance, and subsequently joined the Wheelock Group. Mr. Wong currently serves as the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Wheelock Properties Limited, overseeing the group’s real estate development and related business operations in Hong Kong. Over the years, Mr. Wong has actively contributed to society through numerous public services, currently serving as a Council Member of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong, a Member of the Legal Committee of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, the Chairman of the Committee on Applied Learning under the Curriculum Development Council, and a Member of the Chinese Temples Committee under the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), the Chairman of the Incorporated Management Committee of Ng Yuk Secondary School, and an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction, Faculty of Architecture at The University of Hong Kong.
In 2024, Mr. Wong was awarded the Medal of Honour (MH) in recognition of his proactive contributions and achievements to the community. His past public appointments include serving as a Part-time Consultant to the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government, a Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council, a Member of the Estate Agents Authority, the Chairman of the “Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership” Programme Advisory Committee, and an Ex-officio Member of the Social Enterprise Advisory Committee. For many years, Mr. Wong has dedicated his support to the “Project WeCan” initiative, creating a wealth of learning opportunities for disadvantaged students.
Dr. Cheng Liang currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Department of Education at East China Normal University, Deputy Director of the Institute of Schooling Reform and Development at East China Normal University (a Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences in Universities, Ministry of Education), and Director of the New School Life Research Center.
Concurrently, Dr. Cheng Liang holds positions including Vice President of the Education Sub-society of the Chinese Society of Education, Academic Vice President of Huainan Normal University, and Secretary-General of the National Academic Committee on Basic Theories of Education.His primary research and academic pursuits focus on basic theories of education, philosophy of education, school reform, and philosophy for children.

Ms. Rita Pang is a Hong Kong entrepreneur and the founder of See Change Education, possessing a strong professional background in law and finance. She graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics and went on to earn her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Duke University School of Law. She previously gained extensive professional experience working at Citibank and a prominent U.S. law firm.
In 2015, Ms. Rita Pang co-founded the Bridgeway Prime Shop Fund with her husband. She later transitioned her focus to the field of education, founding See Change Education. Through the establishment of English debate and public speaking programs, she is dedicated to cultivating critical thinking and leadership skills in the next generation.
Dr. Li Shen currently serves as a Lecturer at the Institute of Education Administration, Faculty of Education, Beijing Normal University, and concurrently holds the position of Secretary-General of the Demeter International Biodynamic Association China Branch.
Dr. Li Shen’s academic and practical work spans across education administration, food and agriculture education, traditional culture, and ecological civilization development.
